The most effective treatment for anxiety attacks is, in my opinion and experience, a combination of approaches from the fields of NLP and hypnotherapy, or hypnosis. Panic attacks are a self fulfilling prophesy, as are many issues, and it really does not matter, even slightly, how they begun. Sometimes someone has a virus which causes shortness of breath and other symptoms of a panic attack (that can sometimes seem like a heart attack to the victim), sometimes someone has a horrible experience which causes them to panic, and often people have no idea where the panic came from in the first place. Help for anxiety?
I experience a lot of social anxiety very often. Sometimes, if I have to start speaking with a very nice guy or go to a job interviews, really I get so scared and almost have a panic attack. However, I really do not want to resort to prescription drugs as they do just mask the effects and are so difficult to stop taking. Does anyone know the remedies, natural treatments, or some other means to help combat this?
Social anxiety can be difficult to treat, especially if severe. However anxiety is more of a disorder. Medications might help alleviate the worst of the symptoms for you. Seeing a consultant psychologist or taking a course of CognitiveBehavioralTherapy can be most helpful too.
