I just discovered I have Generalized Anxiety Disorder and I don’t know what to do. I have fatigue and my body hurts all day long. I’m very shy and have no friends and get mad very easily. I feel really depressed and feel alone. I heard that I need to exercise more often and try a relaxing activity like yoga. But what else can I do? How long will it take for me to heal? I’m 15 years old.
