Panic disorder is an anxiety disorder characterized by recurring severe panic attacks. It may also include significant behavioral change lasting at least a month and of ongoing worry about the implications or concern about having other attacks. The latter are called anticipatory attacks (DSM-IVR). Panic disorder is not the same as agoraphobia, although many with panic disorder also suffer from agoraphobia. Panic disorder sufferers usually have a series of intense episodes of extreme anxiety during panic attacks. These attacks typically last about ten minutes, but can be as short-lived as 15 minutes and last as long as twenty minutes or until medical intervention. However, attacks can wax and wane for a period of hours (panic attacks rolling into one another), and the intensity and specific symptoms of panic may vary over the duration. Common symptoms of an attack include rapid heartbeat, perspiration, dizziness, dyspnea, trembling, uncontrollable fear, hyperventilation, etc. Song: Enya – Evacuee Informations: – en.wikipedia.org – www.geocities.com Pictures: Google, Yahoo

Every wondered how people experience panic attacks? This video describes how a panic attack can manifest and then develop into a panic disorder. It is an excellent summary of how most people experience panic attacks for the first time.

I don’t know what happened here. But this happened on my Air Canada plane ride to London, England in December 6th, 2007 from Toronto. At 3:15 sec he says “f’in white people”. I personally believe that another passenger somehow provoked or encouraged this persons paranoid behaviour. What is important is that everybody arrived safely. I am no medical doctor so I have no idea what this man was going through, but I feel that he seemed more concerned for his own safety? I think he was scared. I think it’s a very fascinating phenomenon. My partner and I decided we should videotape this in the interest of sharing the experience we went through on this plane with those interested. NEW (My Partner has requested that I add this info that she has written) – Dec 17, 2007: “I’ve been wanting to avoid making a post about this video, but feel I had to after all the false presumptions I’m reading. I am the “partner” of 2003Tiburon. Clarification #1 He’s a man, and I’m a woman #2 We kept filming this because we were concerned for the man re: recent Vancouver airport incident #3 He is not a prisoner being deported. Where he is in the video isn’t his original seat. He was brought to the middle aisle so that he could be better restrained by the man sitting on each side of him. Several plastic cuffs were brought out by the flight attendants almost as soon as the man started yelling #4 Yes it was scary at times, but the crew and a couple of fellow passengers did an excellent job and I commend

www.justbewell.com Hi Yes it is possible to stop panic attacks and get effective and lasting treatment for panic and anxiety attacks, I and my colleagues worldwide have been helping people overcome these issues for many years. The most effective treatment for anxiety attacks is, in my opinion and experience, a combination of approaches from the fields of NLP and hypnotherapy, or hypnosis. Panic attacks are a self fulfilling prophesy, as are many issues, and it really does not matter, even slightly, how they begun. Sometimes someone has a virus which causes shortness of breath and other symptoms of a panic attack (that can sometimes seem like a heart attack to the victim), sometimes someone has a horrible experience which causes them to panic, and often people have no idea where the panic came from in the first place. Like I say, though, it really does not matter how they started. What everyone who has learned to do panic attacks has in common is this. They worry about panic attacks, they are anxious about panicking, and it is this fear of the fear that sustains the problem in someone neurology. Its a loop, a vicious circle in the mind, a bit like watching a horrible TV program in your mind that you hate, but you cant seem to watch over and over again. What we do fundamentally train the person to stop being anxious about having a panic attack, and with NLP and hypnosis, train and educate the mind so that you become calm and centred once more. And because we are not dealing
